Silent Fall

These Terms of Service govern your use of Silent Fall, an audio-based survival game provided by MCV Software. By playing Silent Fall, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

Silent Fall is an interactive audio game that allows users to:

• Experience survival gameplay through 3D audio cues
• Track game statistics and achievements
• Compete in global rankings
• Sync progress across devices using an MCV Software account

2. User Requirements

By using Silent Fall, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Account and Identification

3.1. MCV Software Account

To save your progress, unlock achievements, and appear in the rankings, you must sign in with your MCV Software account. We use your account information to identify your scores and progress.

3.2. Machine Identification (UUID)

To ensure the integrity of our rankings and prevent unauthorized multiple accounts or cheating, the game generates and sends a unique identifier (UUID) from your Windows operating system. This identifier is used solely to recognize the machine running the game for record-keeping and security purposes.

4. Community Guidelines & Conduct

Silent Fall is a multiplayer experience. To maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone, all players must adhere to the following rules in both public and private chats:

• No Hate Speech: Discrimination or harassment based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability is strictly prohibited.
• No Explicit Content: Sharing pornography, sexually explicit material, or gore is not allowed.
• No Violence or Threats: Do not threaten, incite violence, or promote self-harm.
• No Defamation or Harassment: Respect other players. Bullying, stalking, or spreading false information about others will not be tolerated.
• No Spamming: Do not flood chat channels with repetitive messages or advertisements.

Our administrators and moderators have the authority to review reports, warn users, and suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these rules. Decisions made by the moderation team are final.

5. Player Messaging

Silent Fall includes a messaging system that allows players to communicate with each other. By using this service, you acknowledge that:

• Messages are processed through our servers to facilitate delivery.
• If a recipient is offline, the message may be stored on our servers until it is successfully delivered or expires.
• You are responsible for the content of your messages and must refrain from harassment, hate speech, or sharing sensitive personal information.

6. Game Data and Statistics

By playing Silent Fall, you acknowledge and agree that we collect and store statistics related to your gameplay, including but not limited to:

• Points earned and high scores
• Number of zombies killed
• Games played and survival time
• Achievements unlocked

This data is used to provide the ranking service and improve the game experience.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use hacks, cheats, or third-party software to modify game statistics
• Attempt to manipulate the Windows UUID or impersonate other machines
• Reverse engineer or decompile the game client
• Use the game for any illegal activities

8. Intellectual Property

All content within Silent Fall, including software, audio, text, and graphics, is the property of MCV Software or its respective owners and is protected by intellectual property laws. Your account, progress, and statistics are provided as a service and do not constitute personal property. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Termination

MCV Software reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to Silent Fall at any time, without notice, for any violation of these terms, including cheating, harassment, or any activity that compromises the integrity of the game.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Silent Fall is provided 'as is' and 'as available'. We do not guarantee that the game will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You use the service at your own risk.
