• Your name (from your MCV Software account profile)
• Unique user identifier of your MCV Software account

If you use Finly anonymously, we only store a unique anonymous identifier.

You voluntarily provide financial information when using Finly, including:

• Expense and income records
• Payment information and reminders
• Account balance data
• Transaction categories and descriptions
• Currency preferences

1.3. Technical Data

We automatically collect:

• Device type and operating system

• Usage statistics (anonymous)

You can access all your data within the Finly application at any time. Your data belongs to you.

5.2. Data Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data. Visit our account deletion page to submit a request. We will:

• Delete all your Finly financial data from the cloud
• Delete your Finly data from your MCV Software account
• Process your request within 30 days
• Send you an email confirmation

5.3. Modifying Your Data

You can modify or delete individual transactions and data entries at any time through the Finly application.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data:

• As long as your account is active
• Until you request account deletion
• For a maximum of 30 days after the deletion request (to ensure proper processing)

After account deletion, your data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

7. Children's Privacy

Finly is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

8. International Data Transfer

Your data may be stored and processed on a secure cloud infrastructure. By using Finly, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries outside your country of residence, which may have different data protection laws.

9. Third-Party Services

Finly uses secure cloud infrastructure services to store and sync your data. We carefully select service providers that maintain high security and privacy standards.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by:
