TWBlue is a free and open-source desktop client for Mastodon and GoToSocial.

The application is designed to work with screen readers from the start. Everything in the interface can be accessed using keyboard navigation, and you get audio feedback for actions and updates. This means you can use social media without needing to look at the screen.
