These Terms of Service govern your use of Finly, a personal finance management application provided by MCV Software. By using Finly, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

Finly is a free personal finance management application that helps you:

• Track expenses and income
• Manage payment reminders
• Sync data across devices in the cloud
• Access your financial data from Android and web platforms

2. Service Pricing

Finly is currently available for free. We reserve the right to introduce pricing models in the future, and users will be notified in advance of any changes to pricing or features.

3. Account and Data

3.1. Account Creation

To use Finly, you must sign in with your MCV Software account or use the app anonymously. When using an MCV Software account, we only access your email address and name for identification purposes.

3.2. Data Storage

All your financial data (expenses, income, payments) is stored securely in the cloud. Finly does not use local SQLite databases. All data is stored in the cloud to enable synchronization across devices.

3.3. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your MCV Software account
• The accuracy of financial data you enter
• Ensuring you have internet access to sync data
• Complying with these Terms of Service

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Finly for illegal activities
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the service
• Reverse engineer or decompile the application
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission

5. Account Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. To do so, please visit our Account Deletion page. We will process your request within 30 days.

6. Limitation of Liability

Finly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. MCV Software:

• Does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Is not responsible for data loss due to connectivity issues or technical problems
• Is not liable for financial decisions made based on data in Finly
• Is not responsible for third-party service interruptions

You use Finly at your own risk. We recommend maintaining backup copies of important financial records.

7. Third-Party Services

Finly uses secure cloud infrastructure services for data storage and authentication. These services are carefully selected to maintain high security and reliability standards.

8. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue features at any time
• Update these Terms of Service with notice
• Change data storage requirements

We will notify users of significant changes through the app or website.

9. Termination

You may stop using Finly at any time by:

• Uninstalling the mobile app
• Stopping use of the web version
• Requesting account deletion

We may terminate or suspend access to Finly if you violate these terms.
