When you sign in to Finly with your MCV Software account, we collect:

All your data is stored securely in the cloud. Finly does NOT use local SQLite databases. This means:

• You need an internet connection to access and sync your data
• Your data is protected with industry-standard security measures

We implement security measures including:

• HTTPS encryption for all data transmission
• Secure authentication for sign-in

However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Your Rights and Choices

5.1. Access and Export

You can access all your data within the FinLy app at any time. Your data belongs to you.

5.2. Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated data. Visit our Account Deletion page to submit a request. We will:

• Delete all your Finly financial data from the cloud
• Remove your Finly data from your MCV Software account
• Process your request within 30 days
• Send you confirmation via email

5.3. Modify Your Data

You can modify or delete individual transactions and data entries at any time through the Finly app.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data:

• As long as your account is active
• Until you request account deletion
• For a maximum of 30 days after deletion request (to ensure proper processing)

After account deletion, your data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

7. Children's Privacy

Finly is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

8. International Data Transfers

Your data may be stored and processed in secure cloud infrastructure. By using Finly, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries outside your country of residence, which may have different data protection laws.

9. Third-Party Services

Finly uses secure cloud infrastructure services to store and sync your data. We carefully select service providers that maintain high security and privacy standards.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by:

• Updating this page with the new date
• Sending you an email (if you provided one)
